| We have three twin/double rooms and one family/superior room on the first floor.
There is a double room on the ground floor with a disabled-friendly wet room.
All have tea and coffee making facilities, flat-screen TV and en-suite facilities. There are a further two twin rooms on the ground floor with tea and coffee making facilities and flat-screen TV which share a wet room and second toilet. |

We have an area on the top floor landing to sit and read or rest while waiting for family
and friends, and a conservatory to relax in. You are welcome to use these areas throughout your stay. |

Our dining room joins our conservatory making this a pleasant place to start your day. Breakfast is served between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Please ask about early start breakfasts. A full english breakfast is on offer with a lighter breakfast being available. Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. |

| Twin/double room @ £56.00 per night. Family room between £66.00 and £96.00 per night. Twin with shared facilities @ £50.00 per night. Superior room @ £66.00 per night. (Seating, flowers, fruit, chocs and bottled water). Single occupancy when available in twin/double rooms between £35.00 and £40.00 per night. To secure a booking a 20% deposit is required. |
