| Directions by Car from the Southern bypass | |
| Go onto the Southern bypass in the direction of Swaffham Take the A1074 exit. At the roundabout at the end of the slip road take the last exit, crossing the bypass running underneath. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Dereham Road (A1074), direction Norwich. Continue over the next roundabout. Turn left at the traffic lights into Norwich Road. Continue down Norwich Road for three-quarters of a mile just before you reach a left-hand bend. The Guest house is on your left hand side. |

| The nearest bus stop is about a quarter of a mile away on Theatre Street.
Pick up a number 20 bus from there, disembark at Kabin Road, Costessey and walk down the road.
We are the fourth house on your left.
Alternatively, there is a taxi rank just past the pedestrian entrance from Queens Road. |
