We have ample off-road parking and are approximately 4.5 miles from Norwich City centre,
3.5 miles from Norwich Showground.
We are approximately 2 miles from the University of East Anglia (UEA)
and so are ideally placed for visits to the University.
The area has good facilities for walking, biking, fishing and golf.
We offer comfortable bed and breakfast in twin or double rooms.
We also have a family room containing one double and two single beds.
We have one room on the ground floor with a disabled-friendly wet room.
We are a non-smoking establishment.
Children over the age of 10 are welcome
Unfortunately we cannot extend our welcome to dogs, with the exception of guide dogs.
